Having an issue accessing your premium content? Need to report an error? Your cat Mittens died and you want somebody to talk to? We can definitely help you! Before sending your email though, please check to see if we've already answered your question below. If not, feel free to contact us using the form at the bottom of the page. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.
How do I access my premium content?
Just visit the premium page by going to skepticallyyours.net/premium, and logging in with the information sent to your Paypal email address. If you did not recieve an email, please look in the questions below for an answer. Once logged in and on the premium page, just select the episode you want. A box will apprear giving you the option to download it to your computer, play it in your web browser, or to visit the corresponding episode page to learn more about the episode.
We enter each subscription into the system manually after we have verified the payment has cleared in Paypal. Please give us a reasonable ammount of time to enter you into the system. We are on Los Angeles time, so expect to be entered into the system during normal waking hours for L.A. if you are in another timezone/country. We are usually very quick about this. If you feel that too much time has passed and that there is an error, do not hesitate to send us an email. We will get your login info to you as soon as possible.
A mobile-friendly version of the site is currently in the works. If you are a premium subscriber, we will inform you via email when it goes live.
If you saved the email we sent you when you purchased your premium content like we had asked (you did save it, right?), your password is in there. If you either lost that email, or would just like to change your password, you can visit this link to change your password. Don't worry about it saying "Wordpress" instead of "Skeptically Yours". Wordpress is the program that runs the website. It's like HAL from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Skeptically Yours airs live right here every Monday at 7:30pm PST. A few hours before the show, when the chat is available, a link on the front page will appear that will take you to the chat page located at skepticallyyours.net/live. The chat is not available at any other time.
If you are having an issue with downloading, such as incomplete downloads or missing files, please send us an email using the form below and we will work with you to fix the issue.
An RSS feed is available for both the free and premium shows. The link to the free RSS feed is skepticallyyours.net/rss. The premium RSS is located on the premium page when you log in! Each episode will be posted sometime on Tuesday. If you have questions as to how to use the RSS feed, we can not help you. However, Google would be a good place to find out!
Send us an email with whatever it is that you are pimping and if we like it, we will include it! Please note: We only post links that we genuinely care about. If we do not like your blog/product/book, it will not be posted. And if it does get posted, we reserve the right to remove it for any reason.

As you already know (or don't), Ardent Atheist is the original podcast created by Skeptically Yours hosts Emery Emery and Heather Henderson. The only difference between the two shows if the name and the fact that we say the -unt word in Ardent Atheist. Well actually, Penn Jillette broke that rule on the very first episode of Skeptically Yours...
